How to order

There are multiple ways to shop for wines with us.  You can browse through our online store and place your order there or you can look through our wine catalog in PDF or XLS format.  If there is anything that you’d like to inquire about here are the general steps:

1. Take note of the Product ID or SKU of the wines you would like to buy.
2. Call or email us about what you’d like.
3. We will confirm your order and answer any questions about current stock, provenance and happily provide pictures.
4. Payment can be done by credit card, bank transfer, cash or cheque.
5. Wines can be delivered to your doorstep – at home or at your office.  You can also come pick it up at our office.

Orders are processed as soon as they are received – first come first serve. Whether your order is received by phone, fax or email, it will be processed promptly. Orders received after business hours are processed in the order they are received.
